Tanya Vaughn-Patterson, SHRM-CP, PHR brings over 30 years of Human Resources experience to the table. As a passionate advocate for civil discourse, Tanya works with organizations to foster inclusive and cohesive teams. She is a pilar at Palm Beach County SHRM serving in key leadership areas such as diversity, membership, and workforce readiness over the years.

A United States Marine Corps Veteran, Tanya’s commitment to service extends beyond her work in HR, as she volunteers her time with HR Florida State Council and other local HR initiatives. When she's not working, Tanya enjoys spending time with her family and her three beloved fur babies, as well as writing poetry and short stories.
