The SHRM Foundation is a non-profit organization affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), focused on empowering HR professionals to create inclusive workplaces by providing research-based solutions, scholarships, and opportunities for HR professionals to make a positive impact on their communities; essentially acting as the charitable arm of SHRM dedicated to advancing the HR field through social good initiatives.
