We are excited to invite you to the upcoming Lynn University Breakfast Series, taking place on February 12, 2025, from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM at Lynn University, 3601 North Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL.

Our guest speaker, Joseph Ingles, AI Solutions Architect, and Ethicist, will present on the topic: "Unbound Performance: AI Tools that Make Us Better".

Program Overview:

As organizations increasingly embrace artificial intelligence, understanding how to leverage AI tools in HR processes is critical to driving better outcomes. In this session, Joseph Ingles will explore the impact of AI technologies—such as Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Collaborative AI—on key HR functions like recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Evaluate the impact of Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Collaborative AI on HR processes.
  2. Recommend strategies for integrating AI tools into HR workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making.

About the Speaker:

Joseph Ingles is an AI Solutions Architect and ethicist, as well as the Program Coordinator for the Applied AI and Analytics program at Lynn University. With a strong background in Econometrics, Business Analytics, and an MBA, Joseph specializes in AI governance, system architecture, and the integration of machine learning and data analytics into business practices. He is committed to creating pathways that bridge academic knowledge with real-world applications, preparing the next generation of AI and analytics professionals.
