This session explores how employers can build sustainable talent pipelines through stronger partnerships, employer branding, and recruitment strategies that support long‑term workforce goals.

Participants will learn practical approaches to connecting with early‑career professionals, strengthening relationships with educational and community organizations, and developing recruiting strategies that improve hiring and retention across industries.

Presenter: Mitchell Roshel

Mitchell Roshel serves as the Director of Employer and Community Engagement at Florida Atlantic University, where he leads strategic initiatives that connect employers, community organizations, students, and alumni through career opportunities, internships, and experiential learning programs.

With deep expertise in employer relations, workforce development, and career readiness programming, Mitchell collaborates with industry leaders to strengthen talent pipelines and align academic programs with evolving workforce needs.

He holds a Bachelor of Communications Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego and an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.
