Program Description:
Today’s workforce challenges require organizations to think more strategically about how they attract, engage, and develop talent at every stage of the career lifecycle.
This session explores how employers can build strong, sustainable talent pipelines by connecting with emerging and early‑career professionals, strengthening external partnerships, and aligning recruitment strategies with long‑term workforce needs.
Participants will learn how to position their organization as an employer of choice, leverage partnerships with educational and community organizations, and apply practical recruitment and branding strategies that support hiring goals across departments—not just campus roles. Whether your organization hires interns, entry‑level professionals, career changers, or early‑career talent, this session provides adaptable strategies that can be applied across industries and workforce models.
Learning Objectives:
• Design a scalable talent pipeline strategy that supports both immediate hiring needs and long‑term workforce planning.
• Apply proven engagement and employer branding techniques that resonate with early‑career professionals across multiple recruitment channels (campus, community, virtual, and referral-based).
• Strengthen partnerships with educational institutions, workforce organizations, and internal stakeholders to expand access to diverse talent pools.
• Implement practical recruiting tactics to attract, assess, and retain early‑career talent in a competitive labor market.
• Align early‑career recruitment efforts with broader HR goals such as retention, succession planning, and organizational growth.
